I have been accused of being a Slacker Blogger...and I am

John and I went to Florida during spring break. We were celebrating Easter, Becky's Birthday and her wedding anniversary. We had so much fun, it was a very fast trip. We hope to go back and spend more time seeing Florida. I had my first tanning salon trip, we went on a boat ride and saw beautiful homes and very big boats. We ate wonderful food, and spent some great time with our daughter and son in law(Becky and Chris)

This is why we have blogs!

While getting ready this morning, I had this bright idea about this blog, then the thought came to me, that is the reason we have this, to share news! So, from the Brian Hansen Family we have the news that Brian is going to start Pharmacy Tech School in March in Modesto. He will be in a 16 month program, they are hoping to move to Modesto in a few months, Brian and Kelly will start looking for employment next week in Modesto, this is exciting for them, Brian feels so good about this decision and we are happy for them.

From the Jessica Jensen family(Ryan) Jessica is done with work, she and Ryan will be moving this summer to Idaho, which as Mom makes me feel good because then I know Kylie has her big sister close by if she should need someone. I am jealous of Jessica being able to take time of work and enjoy her life, even if it is just for a while.

John decorated the motorhome, I dont think there will be many calls asking for his help, but at least he did it!

It was so much fun to have Kylie home. She loves college, and we are so proud of her.

Zak as a reindeer, but I dont think he is really thrilled with this! We did enjoy having Zak for his first Christmas, tho next year I am sure he will enjoy the tree a lot more then he did this year

Who We Are

John and I met in December of 1979. We were married May of 1980. We have a grand total of 8 Children, John who is married to Jennifer, Kristina she has our granddaughter Kassie, Becky who is married to Chris, Jeremy who is looking, Brian is married to Kelly and they have our grandson Zak, Andrew is married to Rachel, Jessica is married to Ryan and Kylie is going to college and probably looking for someone too! We have lived in Sonora for over 20 years. John is a deputy District Attorney and I work for special education. We have plans to retire in 4 years, sell our home and travel across country. We love to dance, have actually taken dance classes! John loves fishing,golf, reading and I love crafts of all kinds, cooking mainly desserts. We are active in our LDS faith. Love being with our families and most of all we love being with each other.
